- To increase the impact of the research in your institution, to support your team, to take the next step in your career.
- Why are you the right person to lead it?
- You are an FLF. You are uniquely placed, with the motivation, interdisciplinary skills and team behind you.
- Hasn’t this been tried before?
- No but now it needs to happen
- Yes but now is the time, with the right people and opportunities to make this happen.
- Who are my key supporters?
- You need 2 or 3 key supporters who have done this before and will be 100% honest with you by your side.
- Am I really going to do this?
