Abstract
We have secured a prestigious International Travel Award, funded by the Royal Society and Japan Society for the Promotion of Science. The award value is £12k to our lab, and £12k to the lab of Professor Mariko Okada in Japan, with the purpose of enabling sustained international exchange visits.
Reader in Cancer Research
My primary research focus is in understanding how intracellular, molecular signalling networks control immune cell fate, and how misregulation of these molecular networks leads to haematological malignancies. My combination of immunology and haematological training lead to a particular interest in B-cell lymphomas.
